Picture Presented By The Dumas Chamber Of Commerce

This picture was sent to the High Plains Observer Dumas recently of the past CEO of the YMCA and past President of the Dumas/Moore County Chamber of Commerce accepting a painting presented to him by the Dumas/Moore County Chamber of Commerce. This picture of three white tigers was painted by Manuel Franco.  Pictured from left to right is Sam Cartwright, CEO of the Chamber, Laurie Haugen and Jim Haugen.
