Joel Owens new member of the park board

Joel Owens, Realtor with Windmill Realty was unanimously voted to be on the current park board at Monday night's commissioner meeting. The park board is made up of seven members that serve staggered terms of one year, two years, and three years. City charter states that the board meet every month and serve 3 year terms.
