Leadership Dumas/Moore County began on October 13 with a Challenge Course exercise at CETA Canyon. Seen in the pictures is how this year's class of participants started out when they set out to conquer one of many challenges to come and it all started at the course in CETA Canyon.

Leadership Dumas/Moore County was expanded a few years ago to identify future leaders, emerging leaders and to hone skills of existing leaders in our geographical area. Each month for eight months, a different topic of area interest will be examined and discussed. These subject areas are part of the curriculum which has been designed for the Leadership participant to receive the maximum benefit of the program.
The curriculum included: Economic Development & Agribusiness; Public Safety; City/County Government; Health Services; Education; Community & Business Development and Civic Involvement, Social Agencies.
