There was a lot of discussion in the work session of the City Commissioner's Meeting on Monday night about No Smoking at the Cal Ripkins ball park and practice fields. This is an issue that might come back for discussion again at another city meeting. What are your thoughts on this? Should the city make this an ordinance with a fine or could the coaches just make it a policy that there is no smoking at the fields and at the games.
