Seen above are three views of the almost complete 156 apartments that JBS Swift is building for its employees.   Hooking up plumbing to the 13 buildings in the complex is now at a stand still till the city lays water and sewer pipes to the complex while it waits for state funding.  This can be fustrating to the city manager Steve Schmidt-Witcher  who has done everything he can and has to just wait for the grant to get approved.  The road work can continue that will allow access to the apartments.
