The Refuge provides a safe living gap between addiction and society. It is a transitional living facility with optional recovery type classes. Some of the objectives of the Refuge is to aid in the over all war on drugs, introduce faith based recovery, reunite parents and children and to spread hope among everyone who battle addictive habits.
The Refuge opened its door in November of 2007 and has served over 12 counties of North Texas. The facilities operates with 20 or so residents at any given time. In the facility it as a full kitchen and pantry for the less fortunate of Moore County. They act as a liaison with the authorities.
