Thursday morning DECD hosted a breakfast with Barry Smitherman at the Hampton Inn in Dumas, Texas.
David Swinford introduce Barry as the man to keep in office as Railroad Commissioner.
Barry was instrumental in helping bring wind industry to Dumas, Texas.
