Amarillo College signed an agreement with Frank Phillips College to offer Agriculture classes in Dumas at the Moore County AC campus.   Dr. Russell Lowery-Hart VP of AC with Dr. Jud Hicks President of Frank Phillips can be seen here signing the agreement.
