Clayton Senior Center Visits Window on the Plains Museum

A group of 20  from the Clayton Senior Center stopped at Window on the Plains Museum for a tour Monday morning.  The group made the trip especially to visit the museum.  After the visit they had lunch at Pecos Diamond Steak House.

Panhandle Business Women in Dumas, Texas had their Annual Scholarship Fundraiser. This fundraiser is done in the form of Bunco Night for the ladies. Each lady supported the fundraiser with a donation of $15 for which the received tickets for prizes, a meal which was a potato bar, then 10 rounds of Bunco. I had never played Bunco before and learned that you roll three dice of which you are hoping to roll a six to keep rolling. Every time you get a six you get a point but if you get three dice that has six on them then you snatch it up before someone else gets one of them. Then you get to say Lucky or Bunco...I think it depends if you are at the head table or something. All I know is you keep rolling till the head table gets one or the other.
